Hey guys I know you all are sad because of fatness. So today I have brought some exercises. That will make you skinny like k-pop idols in just a month. So just get ready to look beautiful and to say bye to your fatness.

Exercise no.1: Push-ups

Guys do 50 push-ups in a day. You can divide it into two sets of 25 and can do it. Doing push-ups makes your muscles strong and it also helps to lose weight.

 

Exercise no.2: Crunches

Yeah, crunches are really good. Do 100 crunches in a day. It will help to flatten your stomach and also will create abs. You will get two benefits.

 

Exercise no.3: Bicycle crunches

Do 30 bicycle crunches per day. This will help your leg muscles to become strong. And it also helps in losing weight.

 

Exercise no.4: Plank

Do plank for 2mins every day. Yeah, I know planks are hard to do but doing this will help you so do it.

 

Exercise no.5: Squats

Do 30 squats per day. Just do half squats don’t do full. Squats are also helping your muscles to become strong.

 

And there you go just do these exercises every day for fast results. Believe in yourself you guys can do it. Just don’t think anything and start doing. I know you will get fast results.
