How to become skinny like k-pop idols
Hey guys I know you all are sad because of fatness. So today I have brought some exercises. That will make you skinny like k-pop idols in just a month. So just get ready to look beautiful and to say bye to your fatness.
Exercise no.1: Push-ups
Guys do 50 push-ups in a day. You can divide it into two sets of 25 and can do it. Doing push-ups makes your muscles strong and it also helps to lose weight.

Yeah, crunches are really good. Do 100 crunches in a day. It will help to flatten your
stomach and also will create abs. You will get two benefits.
